马德，新加坡南洋理工大学电气电子工程学院终身教授，中南民族大学计算机科学学院“楚天学者”特聘讲座教授。
个人简介
1982年毕业于清华大学获学士，1991年在天津大学获硕士学位，1999年在香港科技大学获博士学位。为英国皇家工程技术学会院士（IET Fellow），IEEE通信学会, 教育学会和智能交通系统学会高级会员，担任IEEE教育学会新加坡分会主席，IEEE通信学会特聘讲席专家。
马教授主要从事无线网络协议设计与网络安全算法方面的研究。作为项目负责人或主要完成人主持、领导并完成了20余项由新加坡以及其他国家政府和企业资助的科研项目。在国际著名学术期刊和IEEE重要会议上已发表高水平学术论文300多篇，SCI他引600余篇次，拥有美国发明专利2项。已指导博士研究生12名，硕士研究生80多名。应邀担任80多个国际学术会议主席、分会主席以及多个知名国际学术刊物的主编、责任编辑或特邀编辑。
