王秀娟

王秀娟，1996年在西南大学获得学士；1999年在华中农业大学获得硕士学位；1996年7月—2003年3月，西南农业大学教师；2003年3月至今，山东农业大学教师。2006年 山东农业大学在职博士。

教学情况

2003年至今，作为本科生《普通微生物学B》、《普通微生物学实验B》、《生物工程设备》、《微生物学实验技术》、《生物工艺学实验》等课程的主讲教师。

学术研究

研究方向

1. 发酵工程：主要包括蛋白酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、果胶酶等多种酶制剂的菌种选育与发酵工艺。

2. 经济微生物：蛋白质的定向进化；纤维素酶、褐藻胶裂解酶等酶基因的克隆表达、定向进化、发酵应用。

3. 黄瓜根际微生物及内生微生物的研究。
