瓦尔盗龙（学名Variraptor）是兽脚亚目手盗龙类驰龙科的一属。学名是以法国南部的瓦尔省及瓦尔河为名。瓦尔盗龙的化石发现于Grès à Reptiles组，是由Le Loeuff及埃瑞克·比弗托（Eric Buffetaut）于1998年所命名。瓦尔盗龙的化石原先被归类于沼泽鸟龙属。
