黄烈德 男，1922年1月生，福建泉州人。教授。毕业于上海市复旦大学数理学系。原任同济大学应用数学系教授，研究生导师。研究航天数学、积分方程与偏微分方程。写作有“航天科学技术中五大数学问题理论初探”，阐述湍流为奇异吸引子说，解释火箭燃烧不稳定性及激光反常加热机理。1988通过鉴定，获奖及荣誉称号。还有“导数积分方程法对技术物理若干促进作用”。1994年通过评审，获数学物理专家证论。
