许志刚，男，出生于1985年10月，副教授，硕士生导师。2013年获得兰州大学分析化学博士学位，2013年7月-2015年7月在新加坡南洋理工大学从事博士后研究。主要从事多功能纳米材料在药物缓释，肿瘤的诊断与治疗和生物医学成像等领域中的应用研究。截止目前，已发表SCI论文20余篇，其中第一作者10篇，成果曾获2014年度甘肃省高校科技进步奖一等奖。
